Quick analysis of Todoroki from mha because I keep seeing people making fun of his social awardness and it's pissing me off.


I hate people make it something 'silly' and 'quirky' about him because its the complete opposite. He was completely isolated from society for the majority of his life an during critical developmental point during a child life, he doesn't know how to interact well with people because he's only been allowed to for a pretty short amount of time. He has to learn all the things that most people learn in their toddler years at sixteen years old, and his uncertainty and difficulty with that shows in how he interacts with others.

I also blame Horikoshi for portraying this as comedic relief when it's a very real part of Todoroki's struggles and something that many people, including myself, deal with.
