Later today, I'll be taking part in the semi-finals of a tournament Lionhart and GhostArya are organizing. The matches will be casted on Lionhart's Twitch, starting at around 4PM CEST.
So if any of you are in the mood for a few rounds of Gwent, come and see how my rather unorthodox decks will do.
Gwent gods were merciful today when I started the stream and granted me a string of lovely games without a single loss. If you missed it live, here's the replay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygtAQ...
Looks like this is the talk of the town in Gwent right now - Dagon & Kelly deck. Pajabol and Shinmiri were discussing if it's any good on Shin's stream, so as a fellow Dagon enjoyer I had to try if a deck like that can work. I did some adjustments to my normal Dagon list, to fit Kelly inside and simultaneously have enough consumes, and played a few games - even ran into Moshcraft trying the same, though with a slightly different list than mine. It's fun - that's for sure. And it might be even really good, but I need to test it a bit, I've played just three games. So far it obliterated Harmony, got rekt by Nilfgaard and then won the mirror against Mosh. I'm just disappointed I didn't think of that earlier - Dagon and Kelly, a dream meme, really. How did I not see this perfect match?
Currently replaying Witcher 3 - it's as glorious as ever. Actually, scratch that, it's even better. The next-gen patch brought so many great little additions and the game's visuals were significantly improved while staying true to the original atmosphere. The only gripe I have is the performance, more specifically performance with ray tracing on. Unfortunately it's very taxing and there are also perceptible stutters when it comes to the 1% and 0,1% low fps. I truly hope they'll address this soon, because the game looks gorgeous with RT turned on and it's a shame I have to play without it for now.
Here you can see how huge difference RT makes. It's not just about fancy reflections, though they play their part as well and completely transform the water that suddenly seems ugly with only SSR applied to it. But it's the ray traced global illumination and shadows that help with grounding the image, making all the details pop and ultimately making the picture way more crisp and lifelike.

With the recent surge of activity regarding Gwent content on this channel, would there be an audience if I started streaming every now and then?
