BACKGROUND
I'm mom to a 32 year old autistic son. I've been homeschooling him since he was 4 years old. Used only dietary changes, nutraceuticals and homeopathic protocol. No drugs. Lots to share about that.
Wife. Grandmom. Love outdoors. Fitness is a big part of my life.
And....I've been making luxury soap for more than 5 years, using raw honey from our own beehives as the key ingredient. FIT TIP (that's also a beauty tip)
Make a routine that works for you. Not necessarily what you hear about, but, one that is practical given the time you have, and, what you want to spend.
Skin care and exercise can be so easy!
For you skin, focus on hydration. Whether you're 18 or 80, your skin from head to toe needs moisturizing twice every day - morning and night.
For the exercise, do what you know best, whether it's walking, running, cycling, etc., and do it 5 to 7 days per week, for 10 minutes. Longer if you can.
