आज RIESW अपने 52वें वर्ष में प्रवेश कर रहा है — यह सिर्फ़ एक साल का उत्सव नहीं, बल्कि समर्पण, सेवा और बदलाव की आधी सदी का गर्व है।
बिहार और झारखंड के हज़ारों लोगों के जीवन में शिक्षा, कौशल विकास, स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता, महिला सशक्तिकरण और सामाजिक उत्थान के माध्यम से परिवर्तन लाने की हमारी यात्रा आज भी निरंतर जारी है।
✨ युवा हमारी ताकत — शिक्षा और ट्रेनिंग के माध्यम से हमने अनगिनत सपनों को नई उड़ान दी।
✨ महिलाएं हमारी प्रेरणा — कौशल, स्वास्थ्य व स्वच्छता एवं सशक्तिकरण कार्यक्रमों ने उन्हें गरिमा और आत्मनिर्भरता से जोड़ा।
