Aaliyah Dana Haughton (1979–2001) was an American singer, actress, and model often referred to as the “Princess of R&B.” Born in Brooklyn and raised in Detroit, she signed her first record deal at just 12 years old. Her debut album Age Ain’t Nothing but a Number (1994) introduced her smooth vocals and style, followed by One in a Million (1996), which revolutionized R&B with Timbaland and Missy Elliott’s production. Her life was tragically cut short in a 2001 plane crash at age 22. Despite her brief career, Aaliyah’s influence on music, fashion, and culture remains timeless.

We've officially hit 100k !

I just want to take a moment to say thank you guys. We’ve officially hit 100,000 subscribers.

The past month hasn’t been easy. Between false copyright strikes and the channel disappearing for a day, there were moments I wasn’t sure what would happen next. But what kept me grounded and motivated, was this community. your comments, your viewership, and the support you’ve shown reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

There’s more videos to come ,as well as exciting new directions for the channel. But for now — thank you. Thank you for being here, for watching, and for making this feel like more than just a channel... but a community.
