Hello, I'm Roberta Boffo, welcome to my world.
I’m an Italian contemporary artist and my art showcases a unique use of ink on paper. I work intuitively with brushes and pens. I combine my motif-making technique and the use of line, shapes and forms with stippling to create highly detailed and intricate compositions that are monochromatic; the result of a radical technique - that I developed over many years - with black and white as the main driving colours and the illusion of all the greyscale in between.

Saying goodbye is never easy, but knowing that my art will be so loved in its new forever home warms my heart. Incredibly happy to send off “The World Behind Her Eyes” (pictured on the left) to its collector in Canada. Sharing one of the last photos with this piece with our 6-month old babygirl Alba, who has loved this artwork since she was just a few days old, to remember and say farewell.
We will miss you.
