A man who needs approval and validation from others is easily controlled.

But a man who’s learned to be in his own company?

A man who approves and validates himself?

That’s a man with high standards for himself and for others (and a low tolerance for bullshit).

He’d rather be alone than surrounded by people who drain his peace.

From this solid foundation, he only attracts (and allows) people who add real value to his life.

Nobody else gets in.

That’s what makes his relationships and his life truly incredible.

And it all began with his relationship with himself.

Speak up.
Hold the line.
Stick up for yourself.

Be the man who’d set a boundary with a Swedish supermodel ... even if it caused an argument.

Because NO woman on the planet is worth trading your self-respect for.

A woman cannot:

1. Make you happy
2. Bring you peace
3. Provide you meaning
4. Give you lasting purpose
5. Truly KNOW you
6. Complete your life
7. Unconditionally love you

If you expect these things from her, it's not fair to her because you're setting her up for failure, which will only lead to anger, resentment and disappointment.

So the question to ask before ANY dating question is:

If my life were a cake and women the icing...

Do I like the cake I've baked already?

Or am I trying to smother it in icing to cover up the poor taste?

If it's the latter, then it's time to bake a better cake, mate.

(I think I've exhausted this metaphor)

A while ago I stopped using dating apps because...

1. Men are at a disadvantage from the get go.
2. My ideal dream woman isn't spending her time swiping on dating apps.
3. Swiping from home is NOT helping me become a better man.

So instead I made a list of environments (I genuinely would enjoy being in) where I would be more likely to find an amazing woman.

It's been in my Google keep notes for ages and I wanted to share it with you guys:

1. Dance classes (salsa, bachata etc)
2. Yoga studios.
3. Boxing, martial arts or crossfit gyms.
4. Art/music/language classes.
5. Coffee shops & co-working.
6. Festivals & live music.
7. Travel hotspots/landmarks.
8. Breathwork/tantra/meditation events.
9. High-end cocktail bars (I've since stopped drinking though).
10. Dog parks (My dream woman either has a dog or loves dogs).
11. Self-development events.
12. Public speaking meetups.

The key here is to make a list of all of the places you would enjoy being in (not just for women) .. because that's where you'll find your ideal woman.

Commit to deleting dating apps forever and getting in those environments more.

It will change your life.

What's your experience with dating apps?

And which environments from the list above appeal to you the most?

Let me know, mate.

Stay courageous,

Oliver
