2025年8月21日、当チャンネルの動画1本が著作権侵害通知により削除されました。著作権侵害警告の累計が3になるとチャンネルが削除されるルールになっており、それを回避する為に止むなく異議申し立てを行いました。異議申し立て通知を受け取った申立人は、訴訟を起こすか、「10営業日」何もしないで、削除された動画の復活を甘受するかの2択を迫られることになり、結果として裁判に発展する恐れがあります
当該動画は報道・批評目的で作成したものであり、引用の正当性（フェアユース）の範囲内であると確信しています。また当チャンネルでは、著作権および名誉毀損については慎重を期しており、弁護士・税理士・各分野の専門家から適時アドバイスを受けています。引き続き法令とプラットフォームのポリシーを順守し、適切な運用に努めて参りますが、今後も同様のリスクが増えていくことは避けがたい状況です
