✨Hello friends!! I recently turned 50!!! 🎉
As of May 2026, does that make me officially half vintage now? 😇 Oh well…
🤓 Getting older as a woman isn’t easy, especially at this stage of life when we go through a huge transformation (from fertile to infertile) and deal with all kinds of symptoms: Hot flashes, night sweats, headaches, sleepless nights, low energy… you name it! If you’re around my age, you probably know exactly what I’m talking about 🤦🏻♀️
Life goes on, and we have to keep moving forward while trying to stay positive. I always try to focus on the bright side, ☀️ even though sometimes it isn’t easy.
I’ll be uploading a new video soon. Right now, I’m taking a short break to embrace this new chapter of life and recharge my batteries.
