We bring the past to life through two complementary approaches.
First, we restore and colourise original black-and-white photographs and early film, transforming them into short historical documentaries. Each story is carefully researched using contemporary newspapers, letters, maps, and archival records - placing restored images back into their original human and historical context.
Second, we explore history before the camera. For periods and places that were never photographed, we create careful AI-assisted reconstructions based on original sketches, paintings, engravings, and written descriptions. These reconstructions are built to reflect the proportions, materials, atmosphere, and limitations of the original sources — not to replace them.
In both cases, AI is used as a tool, not a shortcut. Every scene is guided by historical evidence, taste, and restraint, with the aim of honouring the people and moments depicted.
Step back in time — as accurately as we can recreate it.
