Verbal Renaissance LLC (VR) is a Christian Music Record Label based in Chicago, IL owned and created by Justin Martyr Francis. Within VR exists a Collective of Artists who perform and create a diverse multiplicity of genres including Hip-Hop, Gospel, Reggae, Spoken word, Neo-Soul, and others styles. VR exists to glorify God with high-quality art that transcends time, religion, and region. Verbal Renaissance as a label also aims to bring words and lyrics back to the forefront of music.
VR is the Record Label home to Justin Martyr (Miami, FL), Aasha Marie (Chicago, IL), Regenerit (Chicago, IL), B. Angelique (Vancouver, WA) and Kahlil (Vancouver, WA).
