This series integrates functions such as a heating furnace, positive and negative pressure forming, pre-punching, finished product cutting, automatic counting and stacking, a finished product stacking conveyor, and scrap rewinding into a compact and efficient machine.It is ideal for processing materials such as PP, PS, OPS, PE, PVC, APET, CPET, and PLA, with a maximum speed of 45 rpm.The simple and cost-effective mold design with a quick mold change mechanism allows for rapid mold changes, reducing downtime, making it particularly suitable for small and medium-sized production runs. The equipment is suitable for various thin-wall packaging, including food, cosmetics, medical, toys, electronic and electrical components, and daily hardware products.
