Phat Cat is a reggae-dancehall evolving between Switzerland and Jamaica.

Early 2000’s Phat Cat moved to Kingston, Jamaica, where he immersed himself directly in Jamaican music culture. Recording with local producers and musicians, he released tracks such as “Mash Up Di Zinc” and “Perilous Time“.

2017, Jamdoll album ! Collab. with several Jamaican female dancehall artists including Ce’Cile, Macka Diamond, Gaza Kim, Statious, K-Queens. Songs “Lambaada” and “Bad Gyal Wine” became known in dancehall party circuits for their energetic club sound and catchy hooks.

In 2026, Phat Cat entered a new creative chapter through collaborations with artist Badgyal Marleen. Together they released several singles including “Peer Love,” and “Rub a Dub Style.” These productions combine modern reggae-dancehall rhythms with classic rub-a-dub influences.

Today, Phat Cat remains recognized as one of the few European reggae-dancehall artist to achieve genuine respect within Jamaica’s local music scene.
