My kids got me a gold panning and prospecting kit for my Birthday, along with 2 bags of gold paydirt. I had NEVER panned for gold before, I was instantly hooked. I am new to gold prospecting. Yes, I like shiny things and pretty rocks! Follow along with me as I learn how to prospect, learn how to find gold, and learn more about rockhounding and geology.
