Hi! I created Dring Dring (Ring in French) so I can share my experiences in the BPO industry. I was an Outbound Sales Rep for 1 year and CSR for 12 years. I currently work as a Business Systems Analyst.
I will share tips and best practices on how to be an efficient CSR. I will also share my journey until I got to my current role.
