Home rhythms + belief shifts for career women learning homemaking—so home feels supportive, not heavy.
If you’re a career woman learning homemaking and you feel overwhelmed by how invisible and never-ending it can feel—welcome. For many of us, we were never taught the art and skill of homemaking. At times it can feel like we're failing. The reality is we just never learned the skill.
Around here, we do two things:
- Implement home rhythms that reduce overwhelm (15-minute resets, weekly rhythm maps, dinner systems)
- Focus on belief shifts that change the way you carry the home - releasing guilt, perfectionism, and the story that you “should” be able to do it all
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about learning a skill set, embracing the homemaker within—and building a home that supports your life.
I know all too well the struggle to find a balance between working, motherhood and overall wholeness. But it is possible. Let's go on this journey together
