It’s not a how-to show. It’s a what now? show.
They talk masculinity, health, women, dating, feminism, politics, religion, God and everything in between, all through the lens of real men trying to level up and live better. If it’s sparking outrage, confusion, or controversy, it’s probably on the table. And if it makes you uncomfortable, that’s kind of the point.
