Hi, I'm Laxmi. I would like to share my real life experience about workout/weight loss through economical diet and self-control.
Very simple. As per research healthy weight loss should be 1kg per week. Then 4kg per month. So you can calculate how many months, your weight loss journey will take place.
For example, I was 80kg. My height is 154cm. So simply we can say my perfect weight should be less than 54kg. Hence I have to loose 26kg. My weight loss journey shall be 6 months and 2 weeks. This is how we have to calculate.
Actually, we didn't gain our weight in 1 or 2 days. By years and years we gained our weight slowly. There may be many reasons behind this. Though, for our health and fitness it's essential to reduce our weight. For this many dietitians or fitness trainers suggesting diet which are expensive. So I would love to share economical diet which I followed and succeeded
