Tristan’s Backyard

Hi, I like to inspire others to grow their own food naturally, and cultivate any space you have.

I’ve been growing food since I was six years old. What started as a childhood vegetable patch became a lifelong commitment to building a better world through practical, regenerative action.

Over the years I’ve organized plastic cleanups, run a market garden, worked in green building and landscaping, and helped develop large-scale Agrihood projects that integrate housing, food systems, and ecological design.

Now I’ve moved to a small stone house in central France. The backyard is barren, covered in stones, and surrounded by industrial farmland. I’m transforming it into an edible garden and natural sanctuary, a living example of regeneration in action.
