TAREL TALA
Tarel Tala real name Kawooya Jonathan, is a talented Ugandan artist born in February 2001, in Kampala, the capital of Uganda.
Signed to Musoni Music and distributing his music under Black Market Records, Tarel Tala was raised in an orphanage Called Bulamu Children’s Village and in Ntinda , a Kampala suburb.
He is a resilient musician who started singing at the age of 7 as a church choir member and over the years he has released several records among them; ‘Kikadde’, ‘Bestie’ and ‘Kanemu’.
A gifted musician, Tarel Tala, who specialises in Afropop, Afro-zouk and RnB genres, was inspired to join music by multi-award-winning Ugandan musician Eddy Kenzo and American RnB star Usher.
