Socahub Video is the home of Caribbean Carnival Culture which includes new and old soca music, new and old calypso music, steel band music and Soca Chutney music thats all part of Carnival culture. Socahub is where you will find old soca party hits from back in time, chutney soca, parang music, Caribbean gospel and reggae music from Trinidad, Grenada, Barbados and the rest of the Caribbean. Soca is a genre of music that has its origins in Trinidad and Tobago in the early 1970s, Ras Shorty is regarding as a the father of soca. Socahub also is a place to find the best of old and new calypso music, features live performances of calypso legends from Trinidad and the Caribbean, performing their craft at calypso tents, competitions and Live Calypso shows concerts. Steel band music is a huge part Carnival culture, socahub is home to steel band music. Chutney Soca is life. Soca is more than just a genre, its an entire lifestyle for folks who love Soca & Chutney and at every fete going hard!
