NATURAL BLUE DIAMOND

Blue Diamond Price
The most valuable blue diamonds are natural diamonds with a pleasant pure blue color evenly distributed throughout the gem. These diamonds are extremely rare and can be sold for prices that often exceed one million dollars per carat. The accompanying table shows current auction prices for some extraordinary blue diamonds.
Natural blue diamonds are often modified with a secondary color such as green or grey. These blue-green and blue-gray diamonds are also rare, but are generally sold at a cheaper price than the more preferred pure blue. Natural blue diamonds with a faint or light blue color will also sell at a lower price. Many people like these diamonds and are happy to buy them at a more affordable price.
Specific gravity will definitely make the difference: 3.16-3.20 for moissanite and 3.50-3.55 for diamond.
