Hi I’m Mandy I’m middle aged, I have a tracheostomy and I’m overweight.
I lost 7 stone ( 98 pounds) and unfortunately have put most of it back on due to some bad luck and ill health oh and eating my feelings.
Welcome to my channel where I’m hoping to lose weight again this time for good
I’ll be documenting it the best I can with what I eat during the week and weekly weigh ins every Friday, maybe even some cooking
