I’m Dr. Vasant Prabhu, former Secretary of MahaRERA. After a fulfilling journey dedicated to building India’s most consumer-centric real estate regulator, I’m proud to launch RERA’s Circle — a platform to simplify RERA for everyone. From starting in a small SRA hall in 2017 under Mr. Gautam Chatterjee’s mentorship, to digitally registering 25,000+ projects and pioneering “online hearings” during the COVID crisis, our mission was always transparency and empowerment. Under Ajay Mehta’s leadership, MahaRERA grew into a robust digital platform with 45,000+ projects. As I now step into a new phase, my goal is to share these learnings and help every citizen understand their rights under RERA.
