Burmese Home Gardener with Lae Lae
Hello, my name is Lae Lae and this is my gardening channel.
I arrived in England in 2022 having fled from Myanmar (Burma). I grew up in a remote rural village setting on my parents farm in Myanmar. I am self - taught and although on a Myanmar farm I am knowledgeable and have a reasonable understanding of the growing methods and techniques, in the UK I can only be considered a novice. Myanmar has three seasons with a subtropical/tropical climate.
The contrast between the Myanmar weather and UK weather is stark, the temperature differences provide a real challenge to grow subtropical or tropical plants.
I will post regular videos of my garden as it progresses through the seasons, and my novice attempts to grow fruit, vegetables and flowers in this alien (to me) climate. Your support by subscribing will be much appreciated and hopefully you will be able to track my learning curve.
