My name is Glen and I’m based in beautiful Teesdale, County Durham.
After 26 years in hospitality, including working as a hotel manager, life changed massively after 2020. I found myself battling anxiety, depression, panic attacks, ADHD, health problems and some very dark days.
Bad Lad Media started as a way to rebuild, get outside, stay creative and remind myself — and hopefully others — that we are not alone.
Here you’ll find a mix of wellness, positivity, walking, local adventures, drone footage, photography, music, humour, honest chats and life from the North East of England.
Some videos are peaceful, some are daft, and some are just about showing up and giving life another go.
