American Gospel Radio

American Gospel Radio revives the sound of 1940s American radio, original gospel music in the style of old-time hymns, Southern Gospel quartets, revival anthems, and the sacred songs that filled small country churches.

Step into the world of 1942–1945, when radios glowed in dark living rooms, families gathered to pray, a mother’s voice rose above the static, and the old hymns carried people through the war, the waiting, and the long nights.

Every song here is newly written but designed to feel like a forgotten recording discovered on an old 78 RPM record — warm mono sound, radio static, and aged textures.
These are songs about faith, redemption, revival fire, prayer, forgiveness, hope, and the promise of home — the small mercies that carried an unforgettable generation.

You may not have been there. But for a few minutes, you can feel what it might have been like to kneel beside the radio and hear the Gospel come through.

New songs. Old faith.
