The 30-day MOVE Challenge with the toddlers was so popular, I will start another round on March 1st. The next challenge will be ATL BOUNCE

A "Move Challenge" is a popular fitness initiative encouraging consistent physical activity.. If you are sitting in a studio, at a desk on your job, or just scrolling, this is designed just to get you moving for a few moments...
Keeping up with toddlers will definitely get you moving. If you don't have a toddler, don't worry.....I got ya. The "Toddler's Dance Challenge" will get you up, the blood pumping, and is just a fun and infectious time.

Most people in tech know NVIDIA’s Blackwell chips.
Very few know who Blackwell was — or why naming the architecture after him is a big deal.

When We Give Our Brain a Moment of Rest

Fifteen minutes is long enough to:
• lower cortisol (your stress hormone)
• slow breathing naturally
• relax muscle tension
• settle racing thoughts
• reduce sensory overload
• reset emotional exhaustion
• improve focus and memory afterward
• prevent burnout from piling up
It’s like pressing a reset button before your system overheats.
You do not need hours.
You just need stillness

Church hurt isn’t rare — it’s patterned, just like a textile.
A vulnerable person seeks out spiritual help
Authority is framed as “covering,” “deliverance,” or “discipleship.”
Boundaries blur — emotionally, spiritually, physically
The person is harmed
Years later, when the truth surfaces, the institution asks:
“Why did you stay?”
“Why did you come back?”
“Why did you wait?”
That question always reveals who the church is protecting.
Trauma does not behave like logic.
Trauma bonds people to power.
Especially when God’s name is used as the glue.
So yes — two things can be true at the same time:
A situation can be morally broken without meeting a criminal threshold. A victim can remain close to their abuser because that’s how trauma works, not because the harm wasn’t real. Anyone who understands abuse dynamics knows this.
Isaiah 56:9-12 isn’t subtle — and it’s not polite. It’s written about leaders. Blind watchmen. Mute dogs. Shepherds feeding themselves.
9 Come, all you beasts of the field,
Come and devour, all you beasts of the forest!
10 Israel’s watchmen are blind,
they all lack knowledge;
They are all mute dogs,
they cannot bark;
they lie around and dream,
They love to sleep.
11 They are dogs with mighty appetites;
They never have enough.
They are shepherds who lack understanding.
they all turn to their own way,
They seek their own gain.
12 “Come,” each one cries, “let me get wine!
Let us drink our fill of beer!
And tomorrow will be like today,
or even far better.”
Isaiah 56:9-12 isn’t a weapon against victims — it’s an indictment of systems that refuse to bark when danger shows up wearing a collar and when the church responds to allegations by immediately circling wagons instead of circling the wounded, it reenacts that prophecy in real time.
The “anointed vs. wounded” false choice. One of the most damaging lies in these moments is: “You’re either defending the anointed or attacking the church.” No, you can love the gospel and confront abuse, respect spiritual legacy, and believe victims, acknowledge complexity without erasing harm.
What re-victimizes survivors is not investigation — it’s dismissal.
It’s the rush to certainty. It’s the refusal to sit in lament.
A quiet prayer for victims
God of truth and tenderness,
We lift every person whose faith was used against them.
Those who sought healing and found harm.
Those whose silence was mistaken for consent.
Restore what was stolen — not just bodies, but trust, voice, and safety. Give them language where shame tried to live.
And for the church:
Teach us to protect the sheep before the reputation of the shepherd. Teach us to listen before we defend.
Let truth heal — not destroy — and let justice come without spectacle.
Amen.
