I've just shared a detailed video on building a Fully Offline ESP32 Weather Station — no cloud services, no subscription limits, no API restrictions.
All data from the BME280 sensor and DS3231 RTC module is stored locally on an SD card, giving you complete control and privacy over your weather data.
☁️ This project sets up its own Wi-Fi Access Point and hosts a stunning standalone web portal with:
✅ Live Data Page
✅ Logged Data with Graphs
✅ Simple Weather Forecast from Historical Data
No internet? No problem! This weather station works anywhere.
🔧 Potential Future Upgrades:
➡️ Use stored data for AI-based advanced forecasting
➡️ Enable deep sleep mode for battery-powered deployments
