hi everyone 🌸 today is my 29th birthday. it’s also around my 10 year anniversary on YouTube. i made a little video talking about where i’ve been lately.

in my 20’s i joined every project i could possibly think of, with nothing but determination and passion fueling me. as i approach my 30’s, my health and state of wellbeing is something i have to consider much more now. i’m taking the time to finally slow down and reconsider how i approach life now that i have a chronic illness. as i continue to navigate through what feels like the endless trials of girlhood, i can’t express my gratitude and appreciation enough. whether this is your first video or your 300th, thank you for following along my little journey.

i’m trying something new lately, because the community i’ve built over the last 10 years means more to me than you’ll ever know. live streaming genshin impact in 2022 was some of the fondest memories i have here. i’ve been live streaming again lately as an easier and stress-free way to create content and stay connected. you can find me on twitch.tv/smokedmei or here on YouTube live.

hello my loves 💕🎀 it’s been so long since we last spoke. it’s been one year since my last youtube video, and it’s been almost two years since i slowly stopped posting content to focus on building my brand Meide. in 2023 i was juggling two full time jobs as both a content creator and business owner, and my body couldn’t keep up with the stress or work.

in 2024 i began to get incredibly sick, and i struggled to find a diagnosis while fighting for my life. i just uploaded a new video talking in depth about women’s health and the struggles of the american insurance system and medical misogyny. i hope this video raises awareness for women’s health and endometriosis and encourages us all to have more open conversations.

hello everyone <3 it’s been too long since we last spoke. i’m incredibly sorry i haven’t been active, and i miss you all a lot. if you’ve been following me on instagram i’ve been really sick for the past year. life has been overwhelming, but i’ve just filmed a long chatty video to hopefully go live soon. i’ve been meaning to come back to youtube sooner, but life just keeps getting in the way.
