Today's breakfast was tasty af 😛...HEY! All my plant-based people: WHAT WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF TRANSITIONING YOUR DIET? (I'm trying to see something...🤔)

Also, let me know if you want me to show you how I make this!

For me, in the beginning, the most difficult was finding ways to stay fuller longer.

The hardest part for me is my old toxic thinking concerning my old relationship with food. I am learning to change the way I think one day at a time as I learn the new foods I love one meal at a time. I’m less concerned with being the perfect vegan, and more concerned with feeding myself things that make me feel good. And yes, PLEASE come through with this gorgeous recipe!

How is that even a question!? YESSSSS we want to see how to make this deliciousness My hardest part was giving up pizza, Ice cream & pastries. Honestly, besides this I'm "completely plant based"

I commend all vegans because during this time I wish I had started incorporating more fruits and veggies into my diet! Love your channel ❤️

The hardest part is making meal decisions that make sense. Going from eating “the 4 basic food groups” to making a meal of veggies and a starch/carb is mind racking at times. I’m just beginning this journey and have various reasons to stay on track, just find the adjustment to be confusing and requiring a lot of planning to ensure I’m eating enough “nutrient rich and filling meals”. Your videos have truly been a blessing! Thank you! 🌱😁 Oh, BTW I am the only person in my family on this journey, but they are all supportive thankfull

@sarahannporter

The hardest thing for me was having to deal with the people who turned into nutritionists and dietitians and health food experts when they hear that you are plant based and comment negatively on your food choices, because "they know better than you" apart from that veganism came to me naturally, I never missed anything, nor regretted becoming vegan at any point, been vegan for 3 years and I can't wait for a lifetime more.

@danieeeeeeeeeeee

Going vegan was pretty easy for me it was giving up the bread that was the hardest (bread does not digest properly in my system so I just had to let it go 😭) that was the hardest transition but being meat, dairy & gluten free was the best decision I ever made

I'm not plant based, but I love the way you prepare food. This looks delicious and I can't wait for the video and, of course, your cookbook 🤗

Coming up with meals I could prepare easily for both me and my non-plant based family.

Seafood! I was vegetarian/pescetarian for YEARS before going plant based! You were one of the channels that helped my transfusion. I've been plant based since 2017, so thank you for your all your content!

@livingliferc

I'm not plant based, but most of my meals about 80% plant based. I love veggies, fruits, quinoa, tofu and other stuff. My problem is fish, I love it! If I stop that, I'm good to go.

Omg yes drop that recipe and tutorial girl 😍😍😍. And the most difficult by far was cheese and seafood. I remember watching you talk about not giving up on crab with being from Maryland years ago so I just keep that in mind as my motivation and seeing where you are now. My favorite dish is actually lobster mushroom rolls. My GOD, my GOD! It is so damn good and my meat eating mother inhaled them when I make them
