Okay so,

I’ve gotten quite a few comments over the past few weeks - but especially the last few days where people wonder why I’m taking so long finishing my The Last of Us Part II playthrough, and by extension going back to my regular content.

And it’s for one reason, and one reason only (one that I’ve cited in the comments before): my job. But since most people don’t come across those comments or understand why now all of a sudden it’s hard for me to do both YT and work, I figured I should explain it.

I work at a store that sells flowers and greens to other stores and markets. And since summer is usually off-season, my boss thought it was a good idea to go abroad and talk to his suppliers personally to push down prices for when it’s peak season. But of course since he still wanted his store open to earn what little money he can, he asked me if I could take care of things until he gets back. I of course thought being the boss a little while during off season wouldn’t be that hard and would look great on my resume, so I naturally accepted.

But since me and him are the two only permanent employees *and* the store is open every day - that meant I had to start working 7 days a week + two evenings when new deliveries come in on top of that . So as you might’ve figured by now, aside from leaving me constantly tired - it’s hardly given me a whole lot of time over for anything, working on YT being one of them.

I could never have imagined that pretty much at the exact moment I accepted to become temporary boss, would be when my channel started to grow faster in a few weeks than it’s done in the past 2.5 years.

But of course, It’s “lagen om all jävlighet” as we say in Sweden (basically means everything that can go wrong or be annoying will go wrong or be annoying/frustrating).
I’m not sure when he’ll get back, but until then the fact of the matter is that videos will just have to come out a lot slower. I know it’s kinda weird it’s almost August and I still haven’t finished my playthrough but that is the reason.

All I can say is, thank you all for the incredible support you’ve shown me during this past week or so. It’s been amazing to see this kind of growth, and I hope you can bear with me until I can get back to working more on my channel <3

Very relatable, so good luck my dude. I am kinda young and started working full time recently. Took me a while to get used to, and still not entirely since it is physical work. Being a boss is kinda cool tho 👀

Take your time. I am enjoying the pace of your playthrough. It gives more time to digest the story. I can also relate to that pesky need to work intruding on other things so don't feel rushed. Your channel is growing because of the quality of your content and also the fairness of your commentary. Calling out some of the hard to understand plot choices while still appreciating some of the games' artistic beauty and better moments. Thank you and please don't rush just to get it done by an artificial deadline.

I only just found your channel, but you got to focus on the real world as annoying as it is to be delayed to hear your ideas on the new game. I know the struggle well of wanting to play but tLoU needs a full brain capacity to fully enjoy which that much work does not allow.
