The ways in which the director got around censorship is truly masterful. I say this because in some past series the perceived b/romance would seem forced or just a Y girl's imagination. With The Untamed there's no denying it. The lingering stares, soft touching, and letting each other see the vulnerable sides of one another is so real. I don't know how they got away with it but I'm so glad they did!

The best drama ever, i have saw more than 20 times each episode but i still crying for wangxian stories n its never enough to wacth more, even i saw each youtube about the detail but please help me God , i still miss the lan zhan n wei ying. I will always calling lan zhan every time i see wei ying sad or hurt to be by his side, even in reality, i m happy to see the relationship between them. Supporting n couraging each other in life. Bless them forever❤

the untamed was the best chinese series.the director knows very well his job,thats why we can feel thyre emotions.the actors naild theyre roles.these two had and have the best chemistry.i never saw or see that from another male actors.the director was clever and pass the censorship and we enjoyed the best series.after that i dont know.i saw and see the series 100 times , i read the novel 6 times,i saw the anime 2 times....damn...and i do that again and again.if they will make another bl series i dont know if they will have the impact that had the untamed.

Just watch the special edition. I love the drama now but imagine if they added all the special edition scenes. It will be even more heart wrenching!

it's really true.... because they have good chemistry and they understand each other.... how many times i re-watch again and again my favourite series /episode but still i cry and i can't move on... we know someday if all we survive this epidemic cove-19 disease all over the world, hope our couple we can see them again even in event or other variety show.... hoping.... thank you and we love you both...

The best thing about watching the Untamed was explosion of emotions that both of our sweet leads XIAO ZHAN/WWX/WEI YING & WANG YI BO/LWJ/LAN ZHAN emitted and portrayed. Bravo!!!👏👏👏👏 Oh hell yes the director absolutely picked the best cast & crew I think he wouldn't have it any other way. On top of your own emotions you laugh, cry, stay calm, get excited & even curse up a storm but in the end you will always fall in LOVE with our mesmerizing leads and a wonderful cast and crew. Warning LOL, 😂 be prepared for tearjerker 😢😢😢 moment's must have a box of tissue near you .... Thank you, Inspirit Creative Wei Ying's look & Lan Zhan's tears speaks in volume whether with or without subs I loved & enjoyed every bit of {THE UNTAMED} drama

I just finished this show two days ago, and I've been obsessed with it ever since. These videos of yours I've found have made me have a deeper understanding of the show/character's portrayal and emotions. Also, The way that you point out little cultural things that absolutely flew over my head really brings home to me that the director did an excellent job getting their love across without having to outright say it. (Darn censorship) I personally never read the novel (but I've gathered all the little bits of information I've needed researching into it) and only wanted to watch it after watching the spinoff movie, "The Living Dead."I was curious about the world and characters, looked for more, and found this. I devoured it in three days, and I've been in post drama breakup since. I personally didn't miss any of the love scenes, and totally didn't feel like the show needed them to show their utter love for each other. (Though I admittedly would have loved a kiss at the very end lol) Knowing that they end up married and happy in the novel just allows me to fill in the blanks myself. This show was so masterfully done, from acting to cinematography, to everything! It's made its home as one of my favorite dramas of all time, and I don't know how I'm going to be able to move on now. Untamed was and is one of it's kind. Matchless and notable. Mostly I just amazed at how the director chose these characters and I feel like let my appreciation reach the. Besides am shaken of what 😢 zhan is going through but I believe God is watching and he is never a wick like humans
