There is a Restaurant I go to here called “Coastal Grill”.. they have… THE BEST PROFITEROLES!!”🥰😋😋😋 Their Fudge Sauce is THE BEST!!

Why cut them in halves, and not fill them with a pastry pipe and bag from the underside instead, like they do in France? Nice looking otherwise! Incidentally, this is a great pastry to learn how to make, as home made ones are even more delicious than pastry shop ones! And yes, they are easy to succeed with!
