That's great to hear! I find it kinda funny that your friend found the problem and not the professionals themselves.

Perks of having a friend who works on computers. You always know who to turn to when your computer tries to die on ya. Good to hear that all that Marshmallow needs is needs is a motherboard transplant, or would it be a heart transplant since it's the heart of the computer?

Brilliant to hear that Bliss! Try and not worry about us Youtube folk. Just focus on getting Marshmallow back on they're feet. We can wait. Thanks for the update all the same 😊

In times of crisis it’s good to have friends that can help and in cases like this they help better than the professionals. Also I’m glad things worked out for you Bliss.

Great to hear Bliss! Take all the time you need to fix marshmallow. We can wait. Also, when you have a tech savvy friend like Teric around, why have geeksquad?

Lightning Bliss
So i got an update. And thankfully, it's good news! Marshmallow my PC lives! I won't have to replace him after all! My friend @teric2 did multiple tests to find the real cause of the problem. Turns out it was the motherboard. Geeksquad barely checked anything it would seem. They either blamed the power supply or the power button itself. It's very frustrating considering I pay membership with them. But now that we know what the problem is, we have a game plan tomorrow. Get a new motherboard and put everything back together before i head home. Hopefully, I'll be back up and running by this evening. Thank you all for your patience!
