To calm my mind I go outside to sit with my three trees I have. Just listening to breeze through the branches & leaves, smelling the fresh air from the trees, do you know what I mean. If I can't go outside, I love to get whatever tea I'm obsessed with at the moment & a book. Just get lost into a storyline or educate my brain lol 💛
