My back hurts very bad. I have several hernias in my neck, in the lumbar region, so it is not easy to live and function without pain (this struggle startet when I turned 21, now I am 31). I walk to lose weight and I would like to start kettlebell training one day or run or do some calistenic like Chris Heria, but it seems to me that it would be harmful for hernias and I would be taken to a surgerian. That stops me every time.

Kettlebell training can be as little as 10 minutes so consistency isn't as difficult as nutrition -- cravings, snack/processed food temptations are difficult to resist. That requires true discipline. Some lucky people also just naturally crave healthy whole foods and are disgusted by highly processed foods, sadly I am not one of them

Cfs chronic fatigue syndrome. It sucks because I want to excercise, but after two weeks of being consistent, I get a cfs episode and feel so exhausted I cannot do anything for a couple of weeks before my body recovers.

This may fall under nutrition but I have problems with social eating…..eating healthy when having meals with family and friends.
