It's a shame Keith, Greg and Carl don't get the credit they deserve for their music, they all are exceptional musicians

Most people liked other bands ,I loved ELP in high school and enjoyed them live. Really enjoy Greg Lakes Solo work and still love ELP all these years later .I think all new generations are learning the brilliance and great talent. All three were pushing the limits of technology and classical musical norms. Job well done !

A great singer and bass player. I've seen every single concert these guys did in my city back in the 1970s. Absolute Maestro musicians😊

I miss him so much. Got addicted to watching the California Jam videos. He was the most beautiful man I’d ever seen. 😢

Made a huge impact on my childhood. We have listened to "Pirates" so many times and dreamt of the life of a Pirate. Thanks ELP, now and forever.

I found Greg in King Crimson first, and then ELP, when I was much younger. He is still my favorite singer, 12 string crosspicker ever. California Jam 1974 cemented his legacy for me, though there was never any doubt on my part. Sitting alone on a stool, singing with raw talent. He was unbelieveably talented. There was and never will be anyone like him. His music weaves throughout my life regualrly, and always will. RIP Greg and Keith, you are sorely missed.

He had a diverse range of talents. He sort of lost it after the eighties, but in 70’s unbeatable

Emerson, Lake and Palmer
Greg Lake wielding his signature Les Paul, enhanced with bespoke Systech electronics, surrounded by twin Fender Showman and Concert amps. He became closely associated with the Les Paul during the 1970s, both for its sustain and versatility, which complemented his melodic and dynamic playing style.
