The part that says “Everywhere that I roam I remind myself not to overstay, every time I find home something happens to take that home away” - Born as a half clan cat, he first had to deal with Tigerstar holding him hostage basically waiting to kill him and his sister, then the prejudice of his fellow RiverClan clanmates, the death of his sister, staying with the Tribe, bringing Brook to the clans, getting exiled from RiverClan then finally going back to the tribe.
