Even though xebec might have done crazy things in the one piece world, but Roger's last words had an greater impact on the whole of one piece world, it literally started "The Great Pirate Era" So for me Gol.D.Roger was, is and will be The Legendary pirate for me. Also he is the only one till now who reached the last island in one piece.

Gol.D.Roger because he make lengends and become king pirates and when he left he's crew no of them become leader but in case of Rocks pirates there lengend's who made and become but after that they starts they ower crew that's Gol.D.Roger is king of pirates 🫡
