As much as I love my original boxes,drop fronts are just easier to get to and organize. Especially when boxes get too damaged or come from the outlet with no lid, stacking them can be dangerous

Depends how unique the shoe box is, for example lebrons shoe line has nice designs and details on shoes boxes

Keep the shoeboxes for the collection, but use drop fronts for the sneakers that are currently in rotation… I guess being any kind of collector usually requires some hoarding smh

Dropboxes for the win..... If you want to preserve your shoes and your not reselling sneakers, plus it looks better and easier to find the pair you're looking for!

While I'm pretty new to being into sneakers, I actually use side drop boxes. The reason why I avoided keeping sneakers in their original boxee was because I was told that they age faster in cardboard boxes. Is this even true tho??? Anyway, kicks look great on display with the clear boxes.

Boxes, but I never stack anything higher than 3 or 4 to prevent damage. I have this old shelf my mom got from work that I DIY'd with my dad's tools to fit my office theme. If she ever gets another one I'll definitely snag it and do it again 😂 I do have some loose shoes from either beaters or shoes before I became a head which I just put by the door or throw on the hanging shoe rack

Drop front for me because the shoes display well and are easier to access. I keep my boxes around though for organizing knick knacks.
