Thank you all so much for the incredible messages and support throughout this period. I dont want to dwell on this any longer, I dont want to give any more energy other than looking forward and pushing ahead. I uploaded a video this morning which gives a little more info on why I was back in hospital and my plans for making this a great comeback.

What would be most inspiring to everyone would be to see you prioritize your health and come off all the gear that’s destroying your body and mind brother. Size right down but be healthier and happier. That’s what people really want to see

Been a wild ride the last 4 weeks with being in and out of hospital
Had a lot of time to think bros, sitting confined to a bed or chair
That time really makes you reflect on what matters and what doesn’t
I feel my purpose in life is this right here bros, this page, this community and providing real, tangible value to each and every single one of you
I want to leave a legacy as the guy who helped millions live a happier, healthier life and I’m sooo grateful to be in the position to be of service to you guys
I’m gonna do my best to slowly ramp content out to you guys, but just wanted to share my reflections
