hey you might have noticed that i've not been putting hard subs in recent clips -- I talked to a few people and came to a conclusion that Clio's speech clarity is good enough that people who needs subs can use the YouTube closed captions (CC) function and it'll work just fine.

As I've mentioned before, making hard subs take up a huge portion of the time in the making of a clip, so I've decided to only do hard subs when the situation requires it (e.g. a collab or unclear audio) or if I feel like it makes the video experience better, so that I can use the time for other aspects of the video, e.g. more fact checking/more edits/more clips being produced. Cheers!

Fun fact: I can pretty reliably identify Clio's "uhm"s from the audio wave.
