My record was 21 days with water and electrolytes. I lost 32 lbs and felt great. Now I do 4 day fasts each month just to keep me healthy.

You actually get more energy when youre fasted….. The sensation of hunger is just what you’ve trained your mind to be comfortable with. But hunger goes away after about 48 hours of a fast

I am doing Alternate Day Fasting and it agrees with me. I feel really good. I have lost weight…people have also noticed my weight loss. My meal size has decreased as I no longer can finish the size meals I used to consume. I eat very healthy things on my eating days. I come off my fast with healthy food/ drink options. I can throughly recommend Alternate Day Fasting for individuals who can, always get Doctors approval before starting.

Actually you get hungry because would routine. Ofc when you really need nutrients, then it will be very obvious, but when you don't but your still hungry, it can literally just be your brain chems and gut biome telling you about your routine. And fasting can make you smarter in smart usage. But this is general knowledge, the actual specifics are per person, if you lack in body fat you will not last long, meanwhile you can have other physical issues that can seriously eff you up instead.

I stopped eating for nearly 6 days once. It was when I was waiting to have a kidney stone dealt with. The stone was blocking one kidney. Found out that I also had a 9 mm stone in the other kidney. Not fun. I did lose a lot of weight (body started eating muscle). It has taken me almost 5 years to regain the muscle weight back
