Last weekend I was away in the Cotswolds (England) taking a much needed break after a fairly intense few weeks. I filmed two bodyweight only workouts outside the old converted milk parlour we were staying in.

The first of the two is an 10 minute intermediate difficulty Calisthenics workout perfect for a quick home strength session or to do whilst travelling. It consists of no nonsense quality strength movements with low key deep house music in background.
