You can probably look into Gundam hobby shops for the led lights. There are many types and sizes. I don't have the figure to know the size. Perhaps you can ask your local hobby shop for help.

I know it's a bit ironic given the circumstances regarding henry cavill but where can I get this warhammer head from to make a custom 1:18 superman? No wonder henry has been cast as the lead in warhammer this figure looks just like him 😂
