I'm open to fairy tail mostly if the current fairy tail guild can survive the sayain attack. Mostly since people have talked about one peice, bleach, Naruto, JJk and opm character about their chnaces but never fairy tail so I'm open to see fairy tail scaling since it's not commonly seen.

There’s a concept that could be really cool swapping fights between two characters. For example, Luffy faces Naruto’s enemies, and Naruto faces Luffy’s.

Definitely fairy tail. Too many people sleep on the verse when it's one of the stronger ones compared to the big 3. Definitely above one piece and Naruto but I'd say equal to bleach
