Hi everyone! My Minecraft skin was recently unbanned. I am still unsure why it was banned - I did ask, but the answer wasn't too clear. They mentioned that it required escalation to their engineers for reviewal. Regardless, it seems to be resolved now. Thank you all for the advice you gave me on this post!

Marlow, choose your exact skin and edit it (place a pixel in back of your skin) this allows you to play again with your same skin again . Not editing everything yk

A lot of people are saying that it could be because players were mass reporting however this is extremely unlikely. I found out through the Minecraft official support page that after a report a human moderator will review the skin and report. If a skin has been banned you can submit a case review by following the link In the image or by going on to the Minecraft support page. I would just change the skin by a few pixels and see if it is still banned until the case is reviewed. Hope this helps!

Hey Marlow I checked about your Minecraft skin — it looks like it got flagged because of mass reports, not because of anything wrong with it one of the good ways to fix it is to contact Minecraft Support directly. You can explain that your skin was falsely reported, and they can review it and help restore it or you can change a pixel from your skin (under the foot) so it doesn’t change how the skin looks like ( if it didn’t work you should consider contacting the support team) Good luck!

Mojang should just remove this feature already when we have most servers having their own moderation

I tried using the skin in feather and it said "account must be migrated to change your skin", yet when I changed it to something else, it worked just fine. When I tried using a variation of your skin-with purple instead of blue-it worked just fine, so it may just be some haters reporting that specific skin or some bullshit. I'd be willing to bet you could get around it by changing one pixel until you're able to contact support.

All you have to do is change like a pixel of your skin and it should work then contact the minecraft support and you might be able to use your original skin again 🎉 Hope u see that and it helps you ❤️ Big fa

I think all you can do is try submitting it to the staff for review. I hope your issue gets resolved soon…

It's best to contact Minecraft support, or change your skin somehow. And yes, other people with your skin may have done bad things and that's why it was blocked

Hi Marlow I would suggest that you reach out to them to consult about your issue That is if you're really serious about keeping your initial skin

Marlow
Hi! This is my first time using community posts, so I'm sorry if the image doesn't show up correctly.
I wanted to use this post to ask if anyone knows how to resolve this issue. My Minecraft skin was recently removed by Minecraft's moderation enforcement for violating community standards, although I cannot find a reason for how or why my skin would be violating those standards. Help appreciated!
