Hang in there it will get better, I guarantee!!! Each day, the pain will lessen. Do exactly as your therapist tells you no more (well, maybe just a little) no less, definitely. Take care

I had a friend go through this. He was in a lot of pain, also. You have to work through it. It took my friend several months for the pain to stop, but he worked through it and now you can’t even tell. He is much better and walks great!!! Hang in there

I understand that excruciating pain, please ask for your pain medication at the time prescribed I would take mine 45 minutes before my physical therapy session and come back and put ice on my knee it really does ease your pain Much love with prayers for pain relief and quick recovery Most importantly I continued to set myself back thinking I would heal faster pushing beyond my 8 pain register No shame saying this is all I can do today and your 8 steps today will be 9 tomorrow God Bless

I can definitely relate Marshall. I had total knee replacement in my left knee in 2019. The pain was terrible the first few days. It took me a few months to recover from it. Physical therapy was excruciating but worth it. I need my right knee done but I haven’t got up enough courage yet to go through with it 😊
