He can't claim that content as he is just cuz it's his phone call if it's on a public page for anybody to get to there's nothing he can do about it... except to be embarrassed about it depending on what it was about

The Comedian Ahmed Ahmed Claimed his own 911 Call on one of my videos. What a shame I actually thought he was pretty funny. What he doesn't know is that his 911 Call was on a News Website, that's how I got it. It's public domain and definitely fair use.
